Return & Refund Policy

At Grit & Forge, we stand behind the durability and quality of our gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our policy below for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Condition of Item: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the exact same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt, order number, or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Unboxing Video: For a smooth return or exchange process (especially for damaged or missing items), we highly recommend taking a clear unboxing video when you receive your package.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance events.

Gift cards.

Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please reach out to our support team with your Order ID and the reason for return (along with photos or videos of the product, if applicable).

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Refunds

Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment (or via bank transfer/UPI for COD orders).

Timeline: Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after it has been processed on our end.

5. Damaged or Defective Gear (Exchanges)

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the exact same product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp (+91 9567216978) or email (contactgritnforge@gmail.com) with your unboxing video and photos of the defect.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

If you are returning the item for personal reasons (e.g., changed your mind), you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
